Medication in Nurse's Clinic

Any medication, whether prescribed or over-the-counter, stored in the elementary school nurse's clinic must be picked up by Friday, May 31st. Any medication remaining after this date will be disposed of. Remember, students are not permitted to transport medication home; it must be signed for and collected by an adult.
